It’s been a little over two years since Bipul Chettri presented “Sketches of Darjeeling”, a collection of songs and compositions that could only have come from a soul that is always roaming the hills of Darjeeling.

A single, “Syndicate”, was released online sometime in 2015. And while that, as intended, had the audience distracted, Bipul reached inside and started looking for new stories to sing.

“Maya”, as the name suggests, is about love. Love found, love lost, love given, love reciprocated, love imagined and, always, that love for the hills Bipul calls home.
