The Kheyaal-E-Jazz Projekt is the experimental amalgamation of traditional Indian forms of music like, Bandishes, Thumris and Taranas with contemporary western flavours.
Ritu Basant Ki is a composition in5/8 time signature,a bandish in Raga Malkauns, which explores the energy, vibrancy and reverberation of the rains. The complete resounding voice of nature during the rains is what we have tried to create with intricate taankari, fascinating percussion and groovy bass.
